July Update for 3 Bangladesh Mission Fields
Praise the Lord,
Greetings from Bangladesh. We are praising God in our lives for His abundant love and mercy. He is blessing the Bangladesh mission through GMFC as we minister to the helpless, defenseless and downtrodden. This is why we are grateful to our omnipotent God. We are also thankful to all brethren who are praying and supporting through GMFC for helpless and needy people, especially children, widow and God’s kingdom evangelism.
We are preaching the gospel and spreading His kingdom in Bangladesh. God is leading us in speaking His Truth to the people. We already spread God’s Kingdom in Khulna, Satkhira, and Jessore. We are taking care of our every mission field often. Also, we have a full-time pastor in every field. We went to Tala and ullodanga field for preaching the gospel to them and fellowshipped with them. Samir and I at first we went to Ullodanga field along with Pastor Tapon and Nemai. When we were going to Ullodanga the day was a good and sunny day, but when we had reached there, it was raining so we could not worship outside as usual. We went inside a house. The place was small and so many people cannot sit together. At first, I thought they would not come because of the rain, but our Living God really works. We saw they are coming and we saw children they had also come although they had school. We also saw widows who joined us. Pastor Nemai oversaw the service. As usual, we started our service with prayer, sung some songs, and at last, I preached Gospel to them according to the Book of Mathew 5:48 “Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” After that, we finished our service with the last prayer.
Samir then taught children a new English song (“I shall make you fishers of man”). Our Sunday school teacher she assisted Samir to teach them. After that, we gave children cookies and spoke with a widow and other members. Please pray for them. We also visited some families and a guy who has a brain problem. So we touched him and prayed for him. We also visited one old widow. She lost one leg and was happy to see us to give her hope of the life to come. We prayed for her, then, we went to Tala mission field. There, Pastor Tapon ran the church service and I preached the gospel to them. I preached according to the Book of Isaiah 66:1 “Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? And where is the place of my rest?” We prayed for them and fellowshipped some more. We gave some cookies to children and also talked with some widows. After that, we started our journey back to Khulna, our home base. We are praising God. He is always with us as we walk in obedience to Him. Please keep praying for all our mission fields, members, children, widow, and pastors.
God bless all who support us. -Brother Hilton Biswas
