Modesty for True Christians in Bangladesh

Brother Dyaniel Biswas updates us on the teachings that are going forth on the Bangladesh mission fields.

Praise the Lord

Christs’ love to you, brother. At first we are praising and giving thanks to our Almighty Lord Jesus Christ for His abundant love, mercy and grace in our life and mission work. We are also grateful to our all dearer Brethren for their prayer and support to Heavenly work.

This is our second mission field visit. As we decided, this month we will visit our mission fields for teaching them “Modesty and Women role in Church”. So this time, I and Pastor Ranjit Biswas went to another field, named Ullodanga. Pastor Tapon and Nimai also met with us in that field. I taught them what role women have to do in Church as the Bible says. Even I also taught them what they will wear or not (including Dot and Colors on forehead etc). I bewared them; if you love Lord Jesus Christ, follow all His rules. I mention the Bible verse, 1 John 2:3 “And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.” So we specially taught them about the Godly appearance of true Christian believers.

Easily people can know you by your appearance that you are the Believer of Jesus Christ. From your teaching, 1 Peter 3:3-4 “Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.” So, we carefully taught them about women’s modesty and role in the church from your teaching. We asked them if they had any questions on our teaching or something they didn’t understand. And also praying for them as they must accept this Truth and God must talk in their hearts. At the conclusion of the day we prayed for them and gave some food to the children.

Another praise report. We are praising our Lord Jesus Christ for his mercy and love because He has heard our prayer and kept the sister that needed surgery safe. Really He is The Great Physician. We believe He was helping during her surgery. We talked with pastor Tapon and yesterday the doctor released her. Doctor said she needs rest and gave her some medicine. Now she is fine. She is in her house.

So please pray for our mission field women. God helps them to change their hearts. And also pray for that sister that had the gallstone surgery. God helps her to fully cure. We pray for all brethren. God bless you.
